Client Services & Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Client Services & Administrative Coordinator to support leadership, manage client relationships, coordinate events, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems.
- Coordinate client onboarding, follow-up activities, and relationship-building communications.
- Plan and support client events, company meetings, seminars, and special functions.
- Assist with office operations, supply management, reporting, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, executive support, client services, or office coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and client-facing support preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility)
Location: 100% in office in Bloomington, MN
Pay: $22-32/hour DOE
